How Do You Spell HVAC?

The witness is testifying that he doesn't know the number of return air vents required in a home. The pro se plaintiff then asks this question:
Q. Should a [brand name technician] know? You may not know. You're not an HVAC technician. But they know the connections. That's why it says HVAC technician: heating, air conditioning, venting, and -- yeah, the C is for air conditioning. So they should know.
